ZapDock assumes full liability. Our units are equipped with anti-theft locking mechanisms. The venue is never held responsible for lost hardware

How much electricity does the unit use?

The energy consumption is negligible—comparable to a standard domestic lightbulb. The cost is pennies per day

What happens if the machine breaks?

Our systems are monitored remotely 24/7. We aim for a 24-hour response time for any repairs or swaps, at no cost to you

How do customers pay for the rental?
